Katie Rhew

As Jamie's daughter, Katie is enthusiastic about her son, Gray and her daughter Charlotte. As a ranch enthusiast, Katie is a self-proclaimed animal lover who is outgoing with a strong sense of humor and loves seeing smiles on her babies faces.

Chase Rhew

Chase is Jamie's son, and he's been a technician and co-owner for six years. He enjoys quality time with his wife and two dogs, and he dabbles with the stock market. He is introverted, cool, and laid back.

Morgan Blount

Daughter of Jamie Rhew. Former boat captain in Key West. Mom of two. Enjoys sailing, cooking, and family time. Believes "Teamwork makes the dream work".

Steve Rhew

Fayetteville native, Jamie Rhew's brother, in plumbing 35+ years, at Bluewater for 4. Loves coffee, salsa, sunshine. Lifelong musician. Cherishes every day.

Bre Mongeau

Bre is new to the plumbing world, but she is a native of Wilmington, NC. She hasn't been with us that long, but she's crushing it! She enjoys chocolate and wine. Politeness is her forte; she's all smiles!

Christian Rhew

Christian is Jamie's nephew and Steve's son. He's been in the plumbing industry for over four years, and he's been an apprentice with us for over a year. He adores his six Huskies, and he takes pride in being a sexy redhead.

Mike Scholer

Mike is a California native with over 18 years of plumbing experience. As our lead technician, he is proud to work with his son, Eli. He loves the beach and chili with cinnamon rolls. Mike is an open book, ready to help you!

Robert Copeland

Robert is a senior technician, having worked for over six years with us. He enjoys watching documentaries, educational programs, and playing piano. Robert is driven, dedicated, and motivated to do the job.

Eli Scholer

Eli was born in Arizona and raised in Maryland. He is one of our plumbing apprentices, and he loves working with his dad, Mike. As an avid gamer, he is known to be funny, nice, and outgoing.

Chris Fabrizio

Chris is from Patchogue, NY, and he has worked in plumbing for over 19 years. He lives in Wilmington with his wife, three girls, and two dogs. He loves to cook, and he eats pineapple pizza. He is caring, smart, and hardworking!

Travone McGhee

As a native of North Carolina, Trey is a father of three. He started as an apprentice with us over three years ago. He loves Chips Ahoy cookies and Doritos. We know Travone to be cool, calm, and collected.

Chase Hardwick

Chase is a native of Conway, SC, and he's our new construction apprentice. He loves spending time with his wife and eating Reese's peanut butter cups. He is a simple man, who is devoted and headstrong to the things that matter to him.

RJ Huxley

RJ is from Winston-Salem, NC, and he has been a plumber for over 13 years. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his family. The three words that describe RJ are hardworking, loyal, and honest.

Justin is a valued member of the Bluewater Plumbing Heating & Air New Construction Division, bringing over 8 years of industry experience. Known for being loyal, hardworking, and genuine, Justin takes pride in delivering quality work on every project. Originally from Brattleboro, Vermont, he enjoys staying active, spending time with his family, and catching some waves whenever he can. 

brittani king

Brittani is the newest receptionist at Bluewater Plumbing Heating & Air, bringing a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping people. As a Jacksonville, NC native, she enjoys sunshine, iced lattes, and spending time with her family and pets. Known for being friendly, trustworthy, and selfless, Brittani is dedicated to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.

Brendin Rebolini

Brendin is from New York, and he's an honest technician who's always up for a challenge. He loves music and spending time with family. Brendin is the embodiment of loyalty, curiosity, and boldness.

Sarah Creel

Sarah is from Georgia and raised in the South. She is new to the plumbing industry, but she's enjoying it so far. She spends her free time with her husband and three kids. She's known for her creativity and her love of the outdoors.

Edward Burns

Eddie is from West Virginia, and he's been in plumbing and HVAC since he was 12. He enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids. He is guided by his faith, and he is truly determined and blessed.

Tyler Feaster

Meet Tyler, a SC native with 1 year in plumbing. Married with two kids, he loves food and enjoys cooking. Tyler is excited to tackle new challenges and contribute to the team!

austin roberts

Austin is a North Carolina native with several years of experience in and around the plumbing field. He is motivated to continue growing in the trade and takes pride in delivering dependable service. Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his two children and staying active at the gym.

nicholas frazier

Nick works in our New Construction division, bringing two years of plumbing experience and a strong work ethic to every project. Originally from Upstate New York, he’s known for being clean, early, and outdoorsy. When he’s not on the job, Nick enjoys bow hunting, sports talk radio, and his favorite snack—popcorn with ice cream.

bROCK bANGO

Brock is a skilled plumber with six years of experience, originally from PA. He lives with his girlfriend Krista and enjoys jiu-jitsu, MMA, cooking, and fishing. 

Justin Mairero

With nine years of experience, Justin knows his stuff. He's a coffee-loving, car-fixing guy who's all about family. He's married with two kids, and he's driven, reliable, and ready to do the job right.

Joey Mayo

Joey is an HVAC technician from Chocowinity, NC. He is married and a coffee lover, and he loves pickleball and cross-country biking. He describes himself as humble, optimistic, and timely.

jeff lawson

Jeff recently returned to Bluewater Plumbing Heating & Air and is now part of our New Construction Division. With many years of experience in the plumbing industry, he brings a strong skill set and dedication to quality work. Jeff lives in Swansboro, NC, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

anthony soto

Anthony was born and raised in New York and brings over 19 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He has a passion for mentoring youth and spent 10 years coaching travel and Little League teams, helping young athletes pursue college opportunities. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys the beach, spending time with his two daughters, and his pit bull, Klutz. Fun fact—he secretly loves to sing.

With over 30 years of HVAC experience, Ron is a steady hand on the job. He's originally from Tennessee, and he's a father, former racer, and musician. Ron is easygoing but driven, and he's very down to earth in all he does.
