Katie Rhew

As Jamie's daughter, Katie is enthusiastic about her son, Gray and her daughter Charlotte. As a ranch enthusiast, Katie is a self-proclaimed animal lover who is outgoing with a strong sense of humor and loves seeing smiles on her babies faces.

Chase Rhew

Chase is Jamie's son, and he's been a technician and co-owner for six years. He enjoys quality time with his wife and two dogs, and he dabbles with the stock market. He is introverted, cool, and laid back.

Morgan Blount

Daughter of Jamie Rhew. Former boat captain in Key West. Mom of two. Enjoys sailing, cooking, and family time. Believes "Teamwork makes the dream work".

Steve Rhew

Fayetteville native, Jamie Rhew's brother, in plumbing 35+ years, at Bluewater for 4. Loves coffee, salsa, sunshine. Lifelong musician. Cherishes every day.

Bre Mongeau

Bre is new to the plumbing world, but she is a native of Wilmington, NC. She hasn't been with us that long, but she's crushing it! She enjoys chocolate and wine. Politeness is her forte; she's all smiles!

Ricardo Cruz-Colon

Ricardo is a Plumbing Apprentice in Myrtle Beach with hands-on experience in plumbing installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. He is dedicated to learning the trade, providing quality workmanship, and delivering excellent service to every customer. Ricardo enjoys working alongside experienced plumbers and is committed to growing his skills every day.

Mike Scholer

Mike is a California native with over 18 years of plumbing experience. As our lead technician, he is proud to work with his son, Eli. He loves the beach and chili with cinnamon rolls. Mike is an open book, ready to help you!

Robert Copeland

Robert is a senior technician, having worked for over six years with us. He enjoys watching documentaries, educational programs, and playing piano. Robert is driven, dedicated, and motivated to do the job.

Eli Scholer

Eli was born in Arizona and raised in Maryland. He is one of our plumbing apprentices, and he loves working with his dad, Mike. As an avid gamer, he is known to be funny, nice, and outgoing.

Chris Fabrizio

Chris is from Patchogue, NY, and he has worked in plumbing for over 19 years. He lives in Wilmington with his wife, three girls, and two dogs. He loves to cook, and he eats pineapple pizza. He is caring, smart, and hardworking!

Travone McGhee

As a native of North Carolina, Trey is a father of three. He started as an apprentice with us over three years ago. He loves Chips Ahoy cookies and Doritos. We know Travone to be cool, calm, and collected.

Chase Hardwick

Chase is a native of Conway, SC, and he's our new construction apprentice. He loves spending time with his wife and eating Reese's peanut butter cups. He is a simple man, who is devoted and headstrong to the things that matter to him.

Bradley lynch

Bradley Lynch brings six years of plumbing experience to the Bluewater New Construction Team. Born in Altamonte Springs, Florida and raised in Concord, North Carolina, Bradley describes himself as innovative, loyal, and driven. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to music and spending time with his girlfriend, Hedynn, and their two dogs.

Joeseph freeman

Joe has been in the plumbing industry for about 8 years and is originally from Aynor, South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, skateboarding, catching punk rock shows, and studying Computer Science. He also claims to enjoy long walks on the beach and candlelit dinners—and hopes to take over the world someday!

mitchell lambert

Mitchell is a Plumbing Apprentice with 1.5 years of industry experience and a strong commitment to learning the trade. A U.S. Army veteran, he is known for being dependable, punctual, and easygoing. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and family.

Jamari Simpson

Jamari Simpson is a Plumbing Apprentice who is just beginning his career in the plumbing industry. Born and raised in Wilmington, NC, he is dedicated to learning the trade, working hard, and providing excellent service to every customer. Jamari describes himself as compassionate, respectful, and genuine, and he enjoys spending time with his family when he's not at work.

shawn stewart

Shawn is an HVAC Service Technician with extensive experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. He lives in Hampstead, NC, with his wife and young son and is committed to providing dependable, high-quality service to every customer.

Edward Burns

Eddie is from West Virginia, and he's been in plumbing and HVAC since he was 12. He enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids. He is guided by his faith, and he is truly determined and blessed.

Tyler Feaster

Meet Tyler, a SC native with 1 year in plumbing. Married with two kids, he loves food and enjoys cooking. Tyler is excited to tackle new challenges and contribute to the team!

kyle lowery

Kyle is an HVAC Technician with eight years of industry experience. He is known for his hardworking, caring, and tenacious approach, and takes pride in helping customers stay comfortable year-round. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his coonhound, Beau, and bringing creativity to everything he does.

nicholas frazier

Nick works in our New Construction division, bringing two years of plumbing experience and a strong work ethic to every project. Originally from Upstate New York, he’s known for being clean, early, and outdoorsy. When he’s not on the job, Nick enjoys bow hunting, sports talk radio, and his favorite snack—popcorn with ice cream.

bROCK bANGO

Brock is a skilled plumber with six years of experience, originally from PA. He is a proud veteran and enjoys jiu-jitsu, MMA, cooking, and fishing. 

Justin Mairero

With nine years of experience, Justin knows his stuff. He's a coffee-loving, car-fixing guy who's all about family. He's married with two kids, and he's driven, reliable, and ready to do the job right.

lisa byrd

Lisa keeps our New Construction division running smoothly by managing the office operations, coordinating projects, and supporting our builders and field teams. Originally from Warsaw, NC, she is known for her compassionate personality, positive attitude, and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Lala and Paco, and never passes up a good true crime show.

Jeff recently returned to Bluewater Plumbing Heating & Air and is now part of our New Construction Division. With many years of experience in the plumbing industry, he brings a strong skill set and dedication to quality work. Jeff lives in Swansboro, NC, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Alex is our newest Office Receptionist and the friendly voice customers hear when they call Bluewater Plumbing Heating & Air. Born and raised in Wilmington, NC, she is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and keeping our office running smoothly. Outside of work, Alex enjoys reading, spending time with her family and dog, and exploring her love of history and books.

Austin Capps

Austin is an HVAC Technician who brings a calm, positive attitude to every job. Originally from Graham, NC, he enjoys golfing, going to the beach, and staying active at the gym. Austin is dedicated to learning the trade and providing great service to every customer.

Kevin Apsitis

Kevin is our Warehouse Manager, helping keep our team organized and stocked with the materials they need to serve our customers efficiently. With decades of hands-on construction and woodworking experience, he brings exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to the Bluewater team.

JOHN HALES

John Hales brings 10 years of plumbing experience to his role as a Plumbing Technician at Bluewater. Originally from Wilmington, NC, John describes himself as loyal, dependable, and hardworking. Outside of work, he enjoys drag racing, building hot rods, and spending time with his wife, six kids, and many grandkids.

Maky Campos

Maky Campos is excited to begin his plumbing career as part of Bluewater’s New Construction Division! A Wallace, NC native, he describes himself as ambitious, dedicated, and creative. Outside of work, Maky enjoys going to the gym, running, and spending time with his cat.

Office Manager, Co-Owner

Ron LeBlanc

HVAC Technician

With over 30 years of HVAC experience, Ron is a steady hand on the job. He's originally from Tennessee, and he's a father, former racer, and musician. Ron is easygoing but driven, and he's very down to earth in all he does.

Brendin Rebolini

Technician

Brendin is from New York, and he's an honest technician who's always up for a challenge. He loves music and spending time with family. Brendin is the embodiment of loyalty, curiosity, and boldness.

Sarah Creel

Office Receptionist

Sarah is from Georgia and raised in the South. She is new to the plumbing industry, but she's enjoying it so far. She spends her free time with her husband and three kids. She's known for her creativity and her love of the outdoors.

With over six years of experience, Brock is a skilled plumber from Pennsylvania. He now lives with his girlfriend, Krista, and he enjoys jiu-jitsu, MMA, cooking, and fishing.
